辛集市科技科技企業孵化中心成立于2016年，分為3個區，共計3萬平方米，主要吸引石墨烯、大數據、 云計算、人工智能、虛擬顯示、無人機等研發型小微企業入駐，現已成為辛集市培育和發展高新技術企業、實 現科技成果產業化和促進全民創業的重要平臺。 

Founded in 2016, Xinji science and technology business incubation center is divided into three districts, with a total area of 30000 square meters. It mainly attracts graphene, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, virtual display, UAV and other small and micro enterprises.
